1. Who we are

This store is operated by APOLLOCHI, a sole proprietorship registered in Singapore under UEN 53528830A. In these terms, "we", "us" and "APOLLOCHI" mean that business, and "you" means the person using this site or placing an order.

2. Agreement

By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid delivery address in Australia to place an order.

4. Products, pricing and accuracy

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include shipping. We work hard to make sure product descriptions, images, specifications and prices are accurate. If we discover a material error in the price or description of an item you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of confirming the order at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

Product images show the item that will be shipped to you. Colours may appear slightly different between screens.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund — where the item is out of stock, where we suspect fraud, or where there has been a pricing error.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at the time you place your order, through our secure payment processors. We do not store your card details.

7. Shipping

Delivery estimates, costs and terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Most items ship from overseas partner warehouses and typical total delivery time is 11–23 business days.

8. Returns and refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Warranty

Products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to your statutory rights. Details are in the Returns & Refunds Policy.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to interfere with its operation.

11. Intellectual property

The APOLLOCHI name, logo, site content and original product copy are our property. You may not reproduce them commercially without our written permission.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our total liability in connection with any product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information and forms part of these terms.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Nothing in this clause deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of Australia, including the Australian Consumer Law.
