Why a small catalogue
APOLLOCHI stocks around thirty products. That is a deliberate choice, and it is the whole idea behind the store. Most online pet shops list tens of thousands of items that nobody has ever handled, sorted by whatever the supplier feed happened to contain that week. We would rather carry a short list we can actually stand behind, and know each item on it properly — what it does well, what it does badly, and who it is genuinely right for.
We focus on pet hardware: automatic feeders, water fountains, deshedding tools, nail grinders, GPS trackers and travel gear. These are the products where the difference between a good one and a bad one is large and obvious after a fortnight of use. We deliberately do not sell food, treats or supplements — anything your pet eats deserves a specialist retailer with proper cold chain and import handling, and that is not us.
How we choose what to stock
Every product has to clear the same bar before it goes on the site: a manufacturer with a real track record rather than a listing that appeared last month, a build that survives daily use, no sizing or fit guesswork that leads to returns, and a price that is honest for what the thing actually is. Plenty of popular items fail that test. Those are the ones you will not find here.
How we ship, and why we say so plainly
We are a small, independent business registered in Singapore (UEN 53528830A). We do not run our own warehouse. Our products are dispatched directly to Australian customers by the manufacturing partners who make them, and for most items that means a total delivery time of 11 to 23 business days. Some items sit in an Australian warehouse and arrive within about a week; those are marked on the product page.
We could bury that. Many stores do. We would rather you know before you order than be disappointed after, because a customer who knew what to expect is a customer we can keep. If the wait does not suit you, we would honestly rather you bought elsewhere than felt misled by us.

Why Australia
We chose to start in one market and serve it properly rather than open everywhere at once and serve nowhere well. Australia is a country of serious pet owners, and it is close enough to our time zone that we can answer an email the same working day rather than the next one.
