- Payment information: handled entirely by our payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.

Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the parties we need to in order to run the store:
- Shopify — our ecommerce platform, which hosts this store and processes orders. See Shopify's privacy policy at shopify.com/legal/privacy.
- Payment processors — to take payment securely.
- Our fulfilment partners and shipping carriers — we pass your name, address and phone number so your order can be delivered. Some of these partners are located outside Australia, including in mainland China and Singapore.
- Google — anonymised analytics and advertising measurement data.
International transfer of data
Because our fulfilment partners are overseas, your delivery details are transferred outside Australia in order to ship your order. We only share the minimum needed for delivery, and we require our partners to use it for that purpose alone.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for 7 years to meet tax and accounting obligations. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it (where we are not legally required to keep it). Email hello.apollochi@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This store uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and measure advertising performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the store may stop working correctly if you do.
